I need help

Ok ladies, I need help too! I am trying to get crafty. I really want to figure out my own blog design for this blog. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. However, I did find this website that has free digital scrapbooking. Now I am not the brightest but that is the same stuff that you can do blog designs with right? My question is that I went to this sight and you can download this stuff for free but I dont know how to open it and with what program. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I am not sure about digital scrapbooking designs, but I don't see why not! For me, what I do is a search on the net for free blog templates. There are HUNDREDS out there. It took me a long time, and I am still not happy with my own blog background-- but I really wanted 3 columns instead of 2. If you download it, it will be downloaded as a zip file and you'll need to click on that to have it "unzipped". Or sometimes when you download, what comes up is a whole HTML code about a page long... copy that and paste it to your blogger layout Edit HTML (replacing the old code). I'm going to check out that site you mentioned!

I wish I was better at the blog design thing! I got my layout from cutestblogontheblock.com I don't even know how to get a BUTTON for my blog! LMAO
