In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. My question this week is:

What is one of your crazy/silly fears?

I am certifiable crazy if you havent realized this yet! One of my crazy fears is that I cant stand stopping on a bridge that is over water. I want to keep on going! It completely freaks me out!The bridge fear hits me the other way too. I absolutely hate sitting up under a bridge in traffic. I know...I know. It's crazy!

Weigh In

Does anybody remember when the last time I went to weigh in? To be exact it was on Feb. 12th! I know right? Well I havent been blogging about it but I havent been doing that well on my diet. I keep eating things that I know I shouldnt be and thinking "Oh well I will start over tomorrow!" Thing is I dont start over tomorrow! I have to get a hold of my self and keep going the way I need & want to go! I decided to go to weigh in today because I felt I had probably gained the 4lbs I lost and hopefully that would get me in the right mind set. Well I went to weigh in today and while I was taking my shoes off one of the ladies asked me do I always wear jeans to weigh in? I told her no just today that is what I happened to be in. She told me not to wear jeans because that can alter your actual loss up to 2lbs. Knowing that I weighed in. I lost 1.4lbs. Not bad but not what I wanted...but I know I could have lost more if I would have followed the diet like I was suppose to.

On the up side my mom called and told me that a friend of hers was on Jenny Craig and she ended up doing one of those bariatric surgeries. She was getting rid of all of her food that she has purchased. It was like $800 worth of food. She new that I joined WW and gave me all the food!!! I am so excited. I think that will help me out. I really didnt want to interwine the two diets but I am pretty sure they will have the nutritional info on them so I can calculate up the points. Isnt that awesome?

Wacky Wednesday

All this week Kaylyn's school has been celebrating Dr. Seuss birthday. They have read books and done fun things that have to pertain to Dr. Seuss. Well today they had Wacky Wednesday. This is where they wear something wacky. This is what Kevin and I came up with. Her hair isnt part of it lol!

I took this picture of Kaylyn last night. She was having a tea party with all of her dolls (see them all on the couch). She has the Care Bears DVD and there is this song on there that she loves. Well she would play the song and dance with each one of her dolls (pictured: Cinderella). It was too cute. She has such a wonderful imagination!

Snow Day

So yesterday it snowed here in Sweet Home Alabama. This is something we truly never see. Since I was sick for the last park of last week my wonderful parents kept Kaylyn all weekend. Of course she was there when it snowed so I missed all of this. However, it did snow last year so I didnt miss her first snow! Anyway, I was kind of upset that I did miss this but my thoughtful dad got some great pictures! I am so happy that they though to get these pics.

This is Kaylyn the second time she came out. The first her hands got really cold. The remedy: my dad's socks!

Not Me Monday!

Hello Everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Yes, its that time again. Not Me Monday! This was started by MckMama as a wonderful way to tell everyone all the things she/you did NOT do. It is the best therapy there is...and its free!! Hop on over to MckMama's to see what her and everyone else did NOT do this past week, of course after you read mine:)!

I did NOT have to wait two extra days before my daughter came home from Georgia! She did NOT have to stay 2 extra days for unforeseen reasons and I did NOT miss her at all. Nope NOT me!

I did NOT have to shove feed my mom a Hershey Chocolate Bar because her sugar dropped so low that she passed out. No NOT me, my mom takes care of her diabetes and is the best about watching it! And it did NOT scare me to death!

I did NOT catch the flu from who knows where, end up going to the doctor and did not get 2 shots in the rear! I did NOT have to go home from work early in order to go to the doctors appt and I did NOT miss 2 more days of work!! NOT Me!

I did NOT lay in bed and watch movies until 2:30 yesterday before I really got up. I am a mature adult that gets up at a decent time every morning!

I did NOT only have Taco Bell yesterday for lunch and nothing else! Taco Bell of all things!

Kaylyn did NOT stay Friday & Saturday night with my parents because I was NOT sick! I did NOT feel guilty because she was gone from home the previous weekend and now this weekend too!

It did NOT snow here in Alabama yesterday! It nevers snows in Alabama so surely it did NOT snow yesterday!

Well that's all I can remember for this week. Hope everyone has a wonderful week!

I am feeling better!

I am feeling so much better! Today is the first day I have really been out of bed and wow! My throat is great! My neck & back that was killing me is fine and for the most part my headache has gone away. I have been fever free since Friday night! Thank you for all the kind words & get well soons!

I am getting ready to do a contest. I wanted to get some of your suggestions on what you would like to win (within reason of course lol). More than likely it will be a gift card of some sorts. Do you like Starbucks, Target, Victoria Secret or whatever. I will hear your suggestions for the next couple days and probably post the Contest by Friday. Sound good?
